Shipping policy

All orders ship out of Orange County, California and are sent within 1-2 business days.

Shipping will be calculated at checkout. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping timeframes:

USPS First-Class Mail	(3-5 business days)
USPS Priority Mail	(2-3 business days)
UPS 2nd Day Air	(2 business days)
UPS Next Day Air	(next business day)

Please note that standard methods of delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. If you need to receive your order by a specific date, please select the appropriate expedited shipping method upon checkout. Orders shipped to PO boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories cannot be expedited.

Shipping Note: 

Please ensure the address you submit online is correct. Camp Throuple is not responsible for updating incorrect addresses once the package has been shipped. If you notice any issues with the address prior to the order being shipped, you can email us at campthrouple@gmail.com and we will do our best to make the change prior to the order being sent out. Camp Throuple is not held accountable for any refunds or replacements on missing orders if the package has been marked "delivered". Claims can be filed by the customer to USPS or UPS if there is a lost, damaged or stolen package.
